So, there was a photographer at the Obedience trial in Idaho Falls, (which is really rare), and he got some cute pictures of Twist. I thought that I’d share them with everybody.
Here’s Twist actually paying attention. Glad this was caught on film. LOL

And the dumbell throw. I just love the expression on Twist’s face, and here’s the tricky part…see if you can find the dumbell in the picture. It’s there, somewhere…LOL

And the final one. The broadjump. Maybe they should have set up some convex mirrors so I could have seen how goofy I’d look in this picture. Good thing Twist is such a handsome boy.

Thanks to Randy Gaines for the photos!!!
I’m falling behind in posting again. Life just gets too busy sometimes. Other times, I think it’s not so busy, I just don’t feel like writing anything. But anyway…LOL
Last week we had some friends come down for a visit and we all took our dogs and went for a walk in the moutains near our house. I thought that it was about time that Penny and Lucy got a day to themselves. I think they were pretty pleased with my decision.
Here’s some of my favorite pictures from that walk.

So, it was blazing hot even up the mountains that afternoon, but it sure beat the thunderstorms we’ve been having this week. We got thunder and lightning so close to the house yesterday that it shook the windows. I went outside to see if it hit any of our buildings, but nothing. Just sounded like it did. Then we got a downpour of rain. Sure wish the weather would decide what’s doing, one day you need your ugg boots and the next you need flip flops. I prefer the flip flop weather myself. LOL
We all know I’ve been griping for months about the cold and the snow. Well, last week we had a good thaw and it was a horrible muddy mess, but it finally all seemed to be close to drying out when we got hit with that storm that dumped 7 in. of new snow on us. Bleh. Well, once again, it’s warmed up enough to really get things thawing and here’s what greeted me at the front door today.

As you can see, keeping my house clean for the next little while is going to be a real task. LOL It never ceases to amaze me how dirty these two can get. But, they sure do have a good time running and playing out there, so I guess a little clean up is well worth it.
In fact it’s not really anything to complain about. It’s not something serious like if someone we knew had Mesothelioma Cancer or something. Today I’m really grateful to have what teeny tiny problems are mine. I’m going to try to keep in mind that these two muddy girls are trying to tell me that spring and warmer weather are just around the corner.
