I had so much fun with Dare when we did the Silvia Trkman puppy tricks class last year, that Randy wants to teach some of them to Brynja now. He’s got a good start on 4 feet in an object and she does frog legs naturally, so we just need to get it on cue reliably.

I think one of my favorite tricks was teaching Dare to “drum”. I don’t think it was one of the class tricks, it was a trick that she posted on the website or something, but it was still one of my favorites. Maybe if we buy some seagull acoustic guitars and teach Brynja to play we could have a band.

I still am mostly surprised at how interested he is in training Brynja. It’s really cool. I’m anxious to watch them and see what tricks become their favorites. I think the hardest part for me is not taking over. Guess that’s not a shocker, since I tend to be a control freak.
