GOODBYE 2009…FULL SPEED AHEAD TO 2010!
Another year has come and gone. It was a year packed with lots of memories. Some I’ll cherish forever, and some I wish I could forget. LOL Looking back though, I can honestly say that I’ve learned something from all the experiences, both good and the not so good.
Do you really have SEVEN shelties? I’m looking forward to 2010 as well. It just has to be easier than 2009 was, for most of us anyway! Katie? Well she thought 2009 was just fine! Silly girl!

We have five shelties. Two mixes. Lucy is the red and white mix that you see in the picture and Penny is our terrier mix. They are our oldest. 11 and 12 years old. Regardless, still a lot of dogs, I know.

Marie, it has been a great year in many ways…and a terrible one in other ways. We’re really thankful that you’re part of our lives and part of Sheltie Rescue of Utah. Let’s all fervently hope that 2010 brings a lot fewer Shelties needing rescuing, a lot more qualifying scores for the performance kids, and joy for everybody. A little world peace wouldn’t hurt, either…

I couldn’t agree more. It’s about time SRU got a well deserved rest. You and Barbara have been kept way too busy for way too long!
As for the Q’s…I’m looking forward to another year of training and competing. Q’s are always a bonus! By the way Jim, Layla is making her agility debut at the end of the month. I’m excited and nervous. I’ll let you guys know how it goes.
