We were supposed to be going to Salt Lake today to train with the dogs, but those plans have changed now! We got up to 9 inches of snow this morning and it’s still coming down. I think this might be the most snow we’ve had from one storm all year. Bleh! Just when everything had melted and the mud had dried out so we could play outside again, here we’ve got another batch of snow. LOL (Glad I resisted the urge to haul the agility equipment back out into the field)
I guess this just means that we’ll get another chance to take more pictures of the dogs playing in the snow this year. But for now, we’re staying in where it’s warm and watching from the window.
Here’s what it looks like outside at our place.

Wow, We got dusted a bit up in Layton. And righ now it is sunny and blue sky and dry and warm (high 40′s).
Kind of a suprise since they (weather people) said we were supposed to get snow and rain.
Wow – those photos gave me a chill. Glad to hear you are safe and warm inside. I bet when the dogs are done playing they are going to want to snuggle up a bit, too.
Fishers last blog post..Cats, dogs, and quality of life
Heya Astrid,
I think even watching the news last night that we were one of the few spots in the state that got that much snow. Even towns only 4-5 miles away got half the amount of snow that we got yesterday.
Hi Fisher,
Yeah, the dogs had a good time playing in the snow, but then they came inside a find a nice warm spot and settled in for the evening.
