MACH Zoe!!!!!

WOOHOO!!!! She did it! It was a nervewracking weekend, and we couldn’t have drug out the suspense any longer if we had tried, but on our very last run on the very last day we got our double Q for Zoe’s MACH! :-)

Cynthia was sweet enough to stay up last night and send me one of the pictures that she took. Thanks Cyn!

Check out the gorgeous new chair that our friends had made for us! What an awesome suprise! Zoe gives it a big paws up! Zoe didn’t like the MACH bar however. She couldn’t figure out why in the world we were running around the course with a big stick…was I going to whack her with it or something? LOL So her vote is leave the bar on the wall at home and bring the chair with us everywhere so people know how cool she is!

A huge thanks to all our friends that supported us all weekend!!! I don’t know how I ended up with such a fantastic dog as an agility partner and such an awesome circle of friends, but I am extremely grateful for both! :-)

  1. Oh, man! What a rush that must have been! You and Zoe deserve a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS for such an amazing accomplishment. It’s when you’ve finally earned that MACH, or HCh, or OTCh that you realize just what a huge effort it really was. I am sooooooo thrilled for you guys!

Of course, Marie, you know that you now have no viable excuse for not joining ASSA! Remember, we desperately need people who care about the whole Sheltie to join ASSA so we can ensure that the breed doesn’t go down the LapSheltie drain :)

Jim Meltons last blog post..Dinner and a movie?

  2. Thanks Jim!

I can only imagine what it would be like to be able to earn an OTch…the MACH was nervewracking enough! LOL I feel really privileged to have been given the opportunity to reach a goal like this with such a great little dog like Zoe. They sure do teach us alot along the way! :-)
